Shipping-and-Delivery
All of our products take 4-6 weeks to produce and deliver, starting from art approval. This is a hard time frame and not able to be rushed.
Shipping is $5 per unit for the Leather and Wool jackets (both Genuine and Faux), $3 per unit for Cotton Fleece and Satin items, and $2 per unit for most sublimated uniforms.
These are all sent out via freight from Pakistan, so we are not able to bill directly to customers' shipping accounts.
We ship using a combination of freight shipping and air. The latter is done via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
We do not - our items are manufactured in Pakistan, and we ship via freight. While this means expedited shipping is not an option, this does mean that our 4-6 week turnaround time is consistent for all of our items!
While this is not a service we offer, all of our items are already made as soon as possible. The 4-6 week turnaround is necessary for production and delivery, and prioritizing orders placed after ones already in production would be unfair to our other customers.
There will be an automated email that will be emailed to you once this ships out from our factory. Generally, this will be sent out from the 3-5 week mark depending on when it finishes production.
If there is no movement on the tracking number received, please email us!
We can approve split shipments on a case-by-case basis, though it will affect shipping costs.
We do, though any order with a destination outside of the US may cost more to ship based on the order specifics.
Ordering
If you are registered as a distributor on our website, you can place an order on our product pages yourself. You may also send a PO to our Sales Team.
If you require help with designing, we suggest ordering an Art Request at no charge. Once your art request is received and processed, our art department will send you a link directing you to the proof where you can request revisions as needed.
It is, but only for orders of 200+ units. Please be aware that this can add another 2 weeks to the turnaround time of our jackets.
Once an order is placed and the artwork is approved, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order!
You can! Because we cater to distributors, we understand that some clients require a pre-production sample.
The price of a preproduction sample generally ranges from $200-250/unit, which can be credited to your order if the total quantity is 51+ units.

The short answer is no - the only things that can differ in an order are any personalized names and numbers. If you want to have any number of them differ from the rest of an order in any other way (color, images, etc.), then they need to meet the minimum order quantity of 12 and be billed separately.
Our hard order minimum is 12 units for all products.
We do have samples, but as all of our items are made to order, we have a limited supply of surplus from previous orders. As such, we can only send out one per customer at a time. Because these are surplus items, we can't guarantee that we will have any in a specific color, size, or design on hand.
We also ask that these items be returned to us after inspection so other customers will be able to see our products. We will include a return label within the packaging.
We are able to make individual pre-production samples, but they have the same 4-6 week turnaround time as a standard order and we charge for them. For more information, please see the list below:
- Genuine Leather and Wool: $300

Pricing and Billing
We are able to offer quotes, but in order to give accurate pricing, we need to know the exact product, design, quantities, and sizes for it. If you have an estimated quantity, we can direct you to the product's catalogue listing for a breakdown of all associated costs.

We generally work off of a pre-pay model, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. Please Contact Us if you would like to discuss further.
Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been made and the art has been approved. All of our products are made to order, so even a minimum quantity order will still involve fabric cut, time invested, and assembly labor.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 646-840-8220 or [email protected]! We will review the situation and strive to resolve the issue, which may involve issuing a discount, replacement, or store credit. Depending on severity, we will ask for pictures or for the defective products to be returned to us before being able to offer any resolution.
If any piece of your order is damaged or defective, please inform us as soon as you are made aware of the issue! We need a picture of the defect in question and we may also require that the defective item returned to us (which we will supply a return label for).
Our general policy is to remake any items that were made with defects or damaged in transit. In the event that a remake is not feasible for any reason, we will ask for details as to why and discuss alternate resolutions.

Our products are proudly crafted in Pakistan.

Our standard decorations are tackle twill and embroidery.
We do also offer chenille, felt applique, and terry cloth towel applique, though these often require an additional cost.
All of our products are made to order! Personalization is optional, so while we can send blank jackets, they would have the same turnaround as a personalized order.
Each product listing on our website has detailed information on how to care for your garment. After going to the corresponding product page, scroll down and you will see a tab that says "Care Information."
We offer a range from Youth Small to Adult 4XL. If any sizes are needed beyond this range, we can generally make things beyond them at no additional cost.
It takes 4-6 weeks to manufacture a pre-production sample, much like our standard production time.
Unlike standard orders, however, this time can often be rushed! You can reach out to your sales rep or Contact Us for specifics.
Polycotton fleece, polycotton twill, sprayproof nylon, satin, melton wool, spandex, and softshell polyester. You may find more detailed information for specific items on their individual listing page!
We use sewn-on tackle twill patches, embroidery, or chenille patches.
- Up to four locations of tackle twill and/or embroidery are covered under the base cost of our products. We are able to add more, but there will be a $5 surcharge for each additional location of personalization beyond the fourth.
- Our chenille patches have a $6 - $15/patch surcharge depending on the size and complexity of the design to be used. As examples, a small one-color patch will be closer to $6, while a large, complex design that takes up most of the back will be closer to $15.
We also offer a selection of sublimated items.
- As long as vector graphics are provided, any number of images are able to be used for our sublimated sportswear.
Account/Distributor Questions
You must be registered with Sage, ASI, PPAI, PPM, or Distributor Central and have an active company website. This information will usually be validated before approval.
No. While we started our business selling directly to consumers, we shifted our business model over time. Today, we only work with distributors and cannot service end users.
